What I Would Do If I Had Cancer

So what would you do if you were diagnosed with cancer? Or more specifically, what would you do if you were diagnosed with stage four cancer? Most people that get diagnosed with cancer, they have no clue what to do. They instantly go into fear mode.

They make bad choices or bad decisions. And the reason for that is that most recommendations, especially the allopathic recommendations, such as chemotherapy and radiation, they do more harm than good. It gets down to that saying where if the cancer doesn't kill you, then the treatment will.

In this video, I'm gonna go over what I would do if I was diagnosed with stage four cancer. My goal is to give you an alternative view - a peek inside a natural and holistic approach to getting healthy after getting the diagnosis.

In other words, I'll go over what a complete holistic protocol looks like. It's not a magic bullet. It's not like taking some magic potion and you're good.

There are some outliers where that's the case. But for most people, you have to go through a multifaceted approach. Many things done at once that work synergistically together to get a beneficial result. That's what I'm going to cover in this video.

Who Am I and Why Listen to Me?

My name is Al Morentin, and I'm the founder of My Fit Life. We're a holistic health and wellness company that helps people overcome and manage a variety of conditions all over the United States.

Personally, I'm also known as "patient zero" for the company:

  • I went blind from glaucoma a while back and got my vision back with cannabis oil formulations that I created
  • I was able to crush a lifetime of migraines in the process (glaucoma and migraines are linked for me)

The one caveat is if I stop taking my formulations, I go blind in less than a week and the migraines return in just 3-4 days. It really sucks!

But I've had sustained success for over a decade now. And there are many people that have been with My Fit Life since the beginning that have similar stories with their conditions. Getting success is key, but maintaining that success is most important.

I've seen a lot of clients with cancer over the years. They've had varying degrees of successes and failures. And I've developed a methodology that works for most when followed.

That's exactly what I would do if I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Let me break it down for you.

The Holistic Cancer Protocol

If I was told by a doctor that I had stage 4 cancer and only had months to live, here is exactly what I would do, no matter how I was currently eating:

  1. Immediately begin a 21-day reset cleanse and detoxification program
  2. The program would be specifically focused on cancer
  3. It would include a 3-day water fast towards the end

Afterwards, I would transition to mainly:

  • Juicing
  • Some smoothies
  • Very minimal solid food like occasional macrobiotic style meals with fermented foods

But I would eat as little solid food as possible. The 3-day water fast would be a minimum. I might do up to a 7-day water fast depending on how I felt.

During the water fasting days, I would have:

  • 1/4 teaspoon spirulina powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon shilajit (mineral pitch) powder
  • Mixed in distilled water

This provides some basic nutrition while still getting the benefits of water fasting. Distilled water has no minerals, so the spirulina and shilajit help add those back in.

After the 21-day reset, I would continue mainly juicing with occasional smoothies. If I wanted to eat something solid, I would include fermented foods with it to aid digestion.

But I would avoid solid food as much as possible because digestion takes a lot of energy. I want that energy to go towards fighting the cancer instead.

That covers the dietary approach I would take. Now let's look at some other key aspects.

Water

In addition to drinking distilled water, I would install a shower filter that removes fluoride and other contaminants if I didn't have one already.

Your skin is your largest organ and absorbs a ton. So if you're drinking clean water but bathing in toxic water, that's not good, especially if you have cancer.

I would make sure I was:

  • Drinking pure steam distilled water
  • Showering/bathing in filtered water

Supplements

This is an important part of the protocol. One of the biggest keys is taking a full extract cannabis oil, also known as Rick Simpson Oil (RSO).

There are two main types:

  1. High THC version
  2. High CBD version

The high THC oil is pretty popular but can be hard to obtain. I actually created a high CBD version that works just as well. One isn't necessarily better than the other and the CBD one helps maintain my eyesight.

For those who don't want the psychoactive effects, they can use the high CBD oil. But if it was me, I would take BOTH:

  • High CBD oil during the day
  • High THC oil in the evening

Another crucial supplement I would take is shilajit. It's the most prescribed substance in Ayurvedic medicine.

Shilajit contains:

  • All 84 minerals and trace elements that the human body needs
  • Fulvic and humic acids which energize you at a cellular level

Most people are extremely mineral deficient, especially if you have cancer. Your body will rapidly use up minerals when fighting disease.

So intense mineral supplementation is key. If you just focused on taking cannabis oil and shilajit while eating mineral-rich foods, you'd be on the right track.

A few other core supplements I would take:

  • Spirulina (blue-green algae)
  • Chlorella (green algae)
  • Magnesium bicarbonate ("mountain milk")
  • Possibly iodine and zinc if I had severe deficiencies

But the cannabis oil, shilajit, spirulina and chlorella would be the main ones. I might also consider a parasite cleanse using something like wormwood if symptoms persisted after the 21-day reset.

No Medication

I would not take any pharmaceutical medication. Period. I know for a fact I don't need them.

I'm able to manage my glaucoma and migraines 100% naturally using the cannabis oils I created. No prescribed drugs needed.

Most pharmaceutical drugs do more harm than good, especially harsh chemotherapy agents. They're literally poisoning you to try to kill the cancer. Makes no sense.

Lifestyle

Mindset is critical. My favorite saying is:

"Now is the time to be happy. This is the place to be happy."

You can't treat happiness as a destination. It's a choice and an approach to life.

When I first really internalized this saying, it changed my life. You need this type of mindset to battle cancer.

I'm not going to lay down and succumb to anything. I'm going to be happy and enjoy my existence. But I'm also going to fight like a warrior against this disease.

You have to take control of your attitude. Consider the cancer almost like a parasite inside you trying to take you out.

Decide that you're going to kick its ass. You're going to do everything you need to do to get better. That's the mindset you need.

Environment

Your living environment is also very important. Things to consider:

  • Harsh chemicals in cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, bath products, etc. Replace with natural alternatives.
  • Mold and other contaminants. Remediate if needed.
  • EMFs from wireless devices. Minimize exposure.
  • Air and water quality. Use filters.

Basically, assess your surroundings for anything that could be taxing your system. When you have cancer, you want to eliminate any unnecessary stressors to allow maximum healing.

Medical Testing

If I was diagnosed with cancer, I would NOT get any more scans, biopsies, or other tests. No way.

Scans often involve injecting toxic contrast dyes and biopsies can actually cause cancer to spread. The testing itself can make the disease worse.

I would just go by how I feel. If I'm feeling better, I know what I'm doing is working. If not, I'll regroup and make adjustments.

Doctors like to have all kinds of diagnostic proof, but I trust my own assessment more. How I'm looking, feeling and performing is all I need to know.

Patience and Persistence

Overcoming cancer naturally requires patience and persistence. You have to stick with the protocol consistently.

Just like I have to keep taking my cannabis oil or I'll go blind again in a week. I can never stop.

That's how you have to approach this. Unwavering commitment and consistency with your regimen. You can't dabble or only comply partially.

It's not always a straight line either. Sometimes you feel worse before you feel better. Detox and healing reactions are common.

You have to be able to weather those storms and trust the natural healing process. If you can do that, your chances of success are very high based on what I've seen.

In Summary

So in summary, if I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, this is exactly what I would do:

  1. 21-day reset cleanse including 3-7 day water fast
  2. Juicing / smoothies after reset with minimal solid food
  3. Distilled water and shower filter
  4. Cannabis oil (CBD + THC), shilajit, spirulina, chlorella
  5. No medication
  6. Gratitude mindset and decision to fight and beat it
  7. Clean up living environment
  8. No further medical testing or procedures
  9. Patience and persistence with natural protocol

Is this approach a guarantee? Of course not. But I believe it offers the best chance for recovery by far.

The key is immersing yourself fully in a natural, holistic approach. You can't cherry pick just the fun or easy parts.

When you work with your body and tap into its innate healing ability, incredible things can happen. I've seen it time and time again

I hope this provides hope or motivation for anyone facing cancer or supporting a loved one. These are the exact steps I would take to heal.
