ALMOND BUTTER VS PEANUT BUTTER
[00:00:00] Al Morentin: Hey Freedom Fighters. In this video, I'm going to show you a healthy and tasty substitution for peanut butter. Reason being most peanuts today are not healthy. And the commercial peanut butter sold in markets is even worse. Okay. So a healthy alternative that you can use and that I personally use is Organic raw almond butter and you know, organic is crucial and the raw part is crucial. And having this little, I don't know if you can see that the Non GMO Project, symbol right there that's even better, you know, um, if you're at a farmer's market, you, you won't get that.
[00:00:36] You know, you'll just get people that grow organically and, have it raw and not all farmers market almond butter is raw and Organic. You have to ask them, but, if you're buying in a store, try to have it with the non GMO project as well on there, and there are specific reasons for that, that we won't get into in this video, but it is important. Okay. So. Raw almond butter contains more nutrition than your traditional peanut butter.
[00:01:04] And, especially, the peanuts have been over hybridized and, they're roasted so any nutrition that's inside of them is killed off anyways. But a lot of people, especially children, these days have allergies to peanuts and, uh, the raw almond butter is a great alternative for them because it is tasty and it is nutritious and it can be used in place of peanut butter in pretty much every situation.
[00:01:34] Like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. You do, you know, organic, raw, almond butter, and an organic fruit spread, on a healthier bread. And it's a world of difference, right? Between doing a peanut butter and jelly sandwich to the other, you know, the raw almond butter fruit spread and healthy bread, you know, and, um, other snacks such as celery sticks with peanut butter just use celery sticks with raw almond butter, et cetera.
[00:01:58] So you get the picture, right? So making these little changes, like this can have a huge, huge impact on your health, for you and for your kids, if you have kids, especially right. And, it's a, it's really a good idea to get them used to these kinds of things and making these kinds of decisions when they're young, because it'll, it'll go into their adult life and have a huge benefit for them.
